Desert Forge Software (“we,” “us”) makes Burrow Budget (the “App”). This policy explains what information we handle and what we don’t.

App data stays on your device

Your budgeting data stays on your device. We don’t sync your data to our servers or have access to what you enter in the App. There is no account tied to you.

We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, crash reporting, or similar third-party tracking in the App or on our website.

When we receive personal information

The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send when you contact support through the support form on our website (desertforgesoftware.com/support).

That may include:

• Your email address (so we can reply)
• The content of your message
• Any details you include (for example app version or device information you paste or type)

We use this only to respond to your request. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing lists or newsletters.

You can ask us to delete support correspondence by contacting us through the same support form.

Third parties

We use a small number of services to run the website and App distribution. They process information only as needed for those roles:

• Tally — hosts our support form and processes submissions. See Tally’s privacy policy.
• GitHub Pages — hosts our website. Like most hosts, it may process standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) when you visit the site.
• Apple — if you download the App from the App Store, Apple’s terms and privacy policy apply to your Apple ID, purchases, and store services.
• Google Fonts — our website may load fonts from Google when you visit. We do not use this for analytics.

We do not share support messages with anyone else, except if required by law.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App is not directed at children. If we learn that a child has contacted us through the support form, we will delete that information. Parents or guardians can reach us through the support form.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Significant changes may also be noted on our website.
